1) Ki Suk Han was shoved onto the train tracks, and the photographer pulled out his camera to use the flash to warn the train driver that something was wrong.
2) The photographer said he only took the photo to use the flash on the camera to warn the train driver that something was wrong.
3) I think the photographer shouldn't have been taking the photo's.
4) No I think he could have been able to try to pull the man back up off the tracks .
5) I disagree because it isn't a good idea to put a photo of someone that died on the front page unless he was rescued.
6) I think taking photos of life as it happens which is important to photojournalism, but then stopping bad things as they happen is important in life.
7) I think in really doesn't matter, but that photographer should learn to help in bad situation, and stop trying to take photo's of them.
8) They should avoid taking picture of bad things as they happen and help in these bad situations.
9) That the photographer did what he could do to try and rescue the man.

Lytro warm-up & Ethics in Fashion Photography
Lytro Warm-up
1. That you can focused on anything in the photo rather then one thing.
2. The Lytro Light Field Camera captures significantly more data then a regular camera, and the lytro camera works by light entering the Lytro camera goes through the win lens and hits our proprietary Lytro Light Field Sensor. The Lytro Light Field Sensor incorporates a special compound lens known as a micro-lens array, which is comprised of thousands of tiny lenses.

Fashion
- They made her cheeks thin, and also made her neck longer. Also they raised her eyes a little bit.
- In my opinion I think it should not be acceptable to change a person appearance because they should show who she really is.
- Yes because in reality the girl doesn't look anything like what she looks after her transformation.
- The changes to give her a new make over, but not the changes on photoshop.
- The difference is that photojournalism doesn't edit he photos thy take to make them look perfect, and fashion photography does edit the photos to make them perfected.

Self Portrait and Portraits Part 2
Tips:
1- Think about your motivation and emotions: Blankly staring at the camera
rarely gets good results. Be silly, don’t be afraid to over-act. The
worst that can happen is that you fill up your memory card with useless
photos; but you might also find yourself with a proper gold-nugget of a
self portrait.
2- If you can, hook up your camera directly to your computer (or, for
extra-fancy bonus points, your TV) so you can see your pictures come up
as you take ‘em. It’s a lot easier to iterate and to make gradual
improvements to your photos that way.3-Have fun with it. Be sexy. Be yourself. Be awesome. Be different. Be creative. Whatever you do, have fun with it. That’s part of the point, after all.
Environmental portrait
A. I like this photo because I think it was a creative, and good portrait that someone took as the lady was doing something.
B. I liked this photo because it gives the criteria of how a self portrait suppose to look like, and gives me many ideas on how I'm going to take my photos.
Photography Self Portrait
Casual Portrait
A. For Casual portrait I choose this photo because I think it was a good idea to take a kid portrait of a kid playing with his food. This shows there is many ways to take photos.
B. I also liked this portrait because the person poses for a picture, and it gives me ideas on how I could take self portraits.
Portrait assignment:
For my assignment I would like to shoot someone who is a creative person, and isn't afraid to be themselves, and I think I would shoot Mark for the portraits. I would like to shoot outside because the background of the school, and the nature around it would be a good place to take a portrait. I would use the rules of photography, take many photos, and be creative to make this shoot successful.

ISO
1. ISO 200
2. ISO 3200
3. The advantage is that the Higher ISO taken at a basketball event would not retain the most detail, then taken at a Football event at night because in dark environments it is better to quickly capture an image.
4. Some suggestions that the author made was to use low ISO in Environments with plenty of light, or sometimes in dim environments.
5. The Author made some suggestions when using a High ISO in Dark environments to quickly capture an image, like a football game at night.
6. Which ones look best for:
F4- 1/125 sec
F5.6- 1/60 sec
F8- 1/60 sec
F11- 1/30 sec
F16- 1/15 sec
F22- 1/8 sec

a) 1/1000 second
b) 1/100 second
c) 1/250 second
d) 1/100 second
e) 1/100 second
f) 1/250 second

Aperture
2. F/16
3. The smaller the Aperture the larger f-stop, and the higher the aperture the smaller the f-stop.
4.The size of the aperture has a direct impact on the depth of field, which is the area of the image that is sharp. If a small aperture is used then it would bring all foreground and background object sharp.

Hear: I hear the sound of animals roaming around the land of africa, and the sounds of animals calling to each other.
Taste: I taste the dirt thats is being blowed away by the wind.
Feel: I feel the heat beaming down across the land of africa, and feel the wind blowing towards my face.
3) I would like to great a Powerpoint much similar to the one that was used to show the White, and Black photos. I myself would like to create a mural to show all the great photos I have tooking brought my career of photography, and would show ideas to others.

Abandoned Theme Parks
1) The park that most interest me was The Prehistoric Forest, which was a park that had a lot of cool rides, and the theme was Jurassic park. The fact that the park blends in with the forest is that you could take pictures of nature, and the park together which is a good combination.
2) The Prehistoric Forest.
3) Some unusual places that I think would be interesting is:
- A Swimming pool.
- At a river.
- Desert
- In the ocean
- A Haunted House.
4)
5) I think that it would be interested to take photos in a haunted house because the quality of the things around the house, and it would be a great place to take photos to show how much you know about being a photographer.

Africa and Mural Project Preview
1. The power point shocked me because the picture were great, even though they were in black and white. Its also inspires me that not all great picture have to be in color, and how it shows most of the 6 rules of photography.
3. The photo is my favorite because it show the criteria of how a photographer's photo is suppose to look like. Also the picture tell a story of the animal, and how there is hope.
4. The rules that are evident in the picture:
Framing: This photo shows framing by using the mountain.
Simplicity: The photo shows simplicity by getting a close picture of the animal that only shows the subject , and the blue background.
Balanced: It also shows balance by having the animal standing on the mountain.
5. The photographer uses a Pentax 6711 with only two fixed lenses, on a black medium-format.
b. He was frustrated the he could not capture on film his feelings about animals, he then realized there was a way to achieve this through photography.
c. He believes that he can make a huge difference by being close to the animals to reveal there personality.
d. Quote: "You wouldn't take a portrait of a human being from a hundred feet away and expect to capture their spirit; you'd move in close."

Academic Shoot Reflection
- The challenges I encounter while taking pictures was trying to take picture of one person, and being able to show the six rules of photography by taking pictures in the class room.
- Some aspects of photography that had me thinking was how to use the camera because it was my first the ever trying to work that type of camera, and the ability to show the six rules of photography in the class room.
- I would try to find class rooms with less people because it would help my by being able to find ways to show the six rules.
- I would take great photos, keep the camera on focus, and take many photos so I would be able to find the six rules in the pictures.
- I think the rule of framing would be the easiest to achieve because you could use anything to show framing in a photo.
- The rule of balance because I kind of understand what the rule of balanced looks like in photography, and what the aspects of balanced in a picture.
- The rule of balance is a rule Im not totally clear on because I don't clearly understand the criteria of balanced in a photo. I think I should look at more pictures that show balance to give me a greater understanding.
Academic Shoot
Lines
1) I did good by following the rule of lines to point out the main point of interest.
2) The subject is the teacher having a great day with a smile.
3) Yes, because the lines of the in the background point out the point of interest.
4) If i didn't used the rule well I could have took another photo that best shows lines.
Simplicity
1) I think I didn't do very well on showing simplicity in this photo above.
2) The subjects in the picture above is the group of students sitting in a circle doing work.
3) In the picture its clear on what the subject is, because there isn't another thing else that is interested in the photo.
4) I could have taking a closer picture of the students that would make it a great simplicity photo.
Rule of Thirds.
1) In this picture I followed the Rule of Thirds good, and was able to give the subject more space to walk with out going out the photo.
2) In the picture above the subject is the person walking back to class on his phone.
3) The picture above is clear on showing what the main subject is because the Rule of Third give the main point of interest in the photo.
4) If the photo doesn't fit the criteria of the Rule of Thirds, then I could of zoomed out to give the subject more space.
Balance
1) The picture show balance, and I did well on following the rules of balance. This may not be a perfect photo to show balance.
2) The subjects in the picture is the girls doing work outside sitting down, and this photo shows that there well balanced.
3) Yes, I think its well clear on what the subjects are in the picture.
4) If I didn't follow the criteria of the rule I would take a picture of them standing up, and a closer picture.
Framing
1) I followed the rule okay because the subject cover its face, but this was the best photo to show framing.
2) The subject is the teacher that is holding up to cover her face, which the frame in the background points out.
3) The subject is pointed out clearly in this photo because the frame points out the main idea of the picture.
4) I could have took a picture of the person with out her hiding her face to show a stronger picture of framing.
Avoiding Mergers
1) I think I followed Avoiding mergers great, and was able to give an example of Avoiding mergers.
2) The subject in the photo above is the students doing work in class, and taking notes.
3) Its clear that the picture gave a great example of Avoiding mergers, because I was able to cut half of a person out of this picture.
4) I could take another photo which cuts another person out of the photo.
